
A classic dry rosé from Provence. Utterly enticing – round and flavourful with an elegant aromatic framework and enhanced length.
Grapes grown from some of the most choice land in the surrounding region of La Motte en Provence, consisting primarily of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Carignan and Vermentino. Harvested at sunrise to noon, the grapes used to make Whispering Angel are sorted optically. Destemming and slight crushing at 7 to 8゚C to avoid oxidation. Both the free-run and pressed juice are vinified in stainless steel. ‘Battonage’ is twice weekly in a temperature controlled environment.
