Minimum order quantity is 12 bottles for delivery to United Kingdom addresses only.
We will endeavour to get your wines to you as quickly as we can, typically this will be within 72 working hours of order in the United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands). During these unprecedented times, despite our best endeavours, it is possible that some orders may be impacted due to Coronavirus.
All deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18 years old).
Although we make every effort to ensure orders are delivered on time, all delivery dates and times are only estimates and not guarantees.
Due to following the self-distancing guidelines, the driver will call upon arrival, knock at the front door and place the delivery at the front door. They will stand 2 metres back for you to accept the wine. The driver will take your name and enter this into his handheld device to confirm delivery of the order.
Should you not be available to accept the delivery the driver will attempt to leave your wines somewhere safe/with a neighbour, alternatively the delivery will be re-attempted on another day.
In the event that you are not able to receive delivery and you do not rearrange it with our courier within their specified time frame, your order may be returned to us. Should this happen, we reserve the right to charge you for any subsequent delivery attempt.
In the event that your order or part of your order is broken in transit we will either issue a refund for the broken items, or take the order back and deliver a new box. Should your order arrive damaged you may either refuse the entire delivery or note down the damage with the delivery driver when receiving the goods. If you sign for the goods without doing this, it will be assumed they have been received in good condition.
In the event that the wrong products are delivered to you we will replace them (provided we can still supply the product(s) from stock) or have them returned to us and issue a refund. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges.
